All WARRIOR® products are shipped from Italy.

3. Order Processing Time
In general, orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Fridays or on the day before public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

The following delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination:
Italy: typically 1–3 business days;
European Union: typically 3–7 business days;
Outside the European Union: delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected carrier.
5. Hygiene and Returns Policy (Important)
Due to strict hygiene and safety requirements for tattoo and piercing products,
opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
This policy applies to all needles, piercing tools, jewelry, and other products subject to hygiene requirements.
6. Shipping Errors and After-Sales Service
6.1 Errors by WARRIOR®
If an incorrect or missing product is shipped due to an error by WARRIOR®, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the order details and photographic evidence.
After verification, WARRIOR® will offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement or reshipment.
6.2 Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is requested due to customer reasons (e.g. incorrect model, quantity, or specifications):
the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original intact packaging;
return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer;
refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
7. Force Majeure
WARRIOR® shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs inspections, or logistical delays.
